A.  No, with a SunLink membership you can tan at any SUNCHAIN location!

Q.  When will I save money with a membership?

A.  If you plan on tanning indoors at least 2 months out of the year or purchasing 2 or more months of unlimited tanning - SunLink is the most cost effective way to keep your healthy, vibrant look year round.

Q.  Can I cancel my SunLink PREMIERE membership?

A.  Yes, however you will be charged a $30 fee for memberships cancelled prior to the completion of 12 active billing months.

Q.  Would a SunLink SELECT membership be a fit for me?

A.  This membership is great for the tanner who desires flexibility. By paying a little more up front, you enjoy unlimited tanning year round for $24/month, great benefits and the option to cancel your membership for no additional cost.

Q.  What if I don't want to sign up for a year? Is there a membership for me?

A.  Yes, SunLink SELECT allows you to take advantage of unlimited tanning for $6 a week and other benefits with the option to cancel your membership at no additional cost.

Q.  Do I have to send in a check each month?

A.  No, SunLink is hassle FREE! One of the great benefits of membership is that the monthly fee is automatically debited from your credit card.

Q.  After I pay the initiation fee - will I need to pay this the following year?

A.  No, the initiation fee is a ONE TIME fee and will only be billed upon set up of your account. Simply keep your account current and you will avoid the expense of canceling and restarting your membership.

Q.  Can I freeze or suspend my membership?

A.  Yes, you may freeze your membership anytime by sending written notice 30-days prior to month's end. You will be assessed a $10 set up fee and a $2/month processing fee. This is ideal if you are not planning on tanning indoors for a couple of months.
