Industry Training MAPPS™

All SUNCHAIN employees are rigorously trained to ensure consistent delivery of the Signature Tan Experience™ for their clients, successful and profitable operation of the center on and marketing techniques.
We offer two main curriculum tracks, one for the Tanning Professional who serves clients - the second for Management Professional responsible for center operations. These Tracks offer several levels of training to encourage employee loyalty and promotion from within the operation.
Tanning Professionals curriculum:

Brand marketing - to develop "top of mind" awareness for our centers
We take an active approach to building the value of our brand by advertising in nontraditional and traditional medias. Unique to SUNCHAIN, we have utilized cable advertising and received excellent response. We also engage publicity campaigns to increase the prominence of our brand name in local neighborhoods.
Neighborhood marketing - to become a part of new and existing tanners' lifestyles
This is our way of saying our success comes from becoming an active part of the fabric of our client's lifestyle, where they live, work and play. Marketing MAPPS drive more "word-of-mouth" business into our centers by integrating proven techniques and tools.
Relationship Marketing - to retain current clients and encourage them to tan more!
In partnership with our centers, our corporate marketing department manages an ongoing relationship with clients through the free membership into the Smart Sun Club™.
This club engages your clients several times a month through electronic newsletters, email incentive campaigns and various customer-driven benefits. This is a unique, cost-effective marketing relationship to create additional "foot traffic and revenue." Our Website also acts as an integral part of this relationship by offering online signup for the club - in addition - to advertising areas for center specials.
